Job Description 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced systems and automation specialist to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a background in building automation, systems, and funnels, and be comfortable working remotely.  The question of, “What can we do to improve systematically and operationally, and how?” will be brought up weekly. 

As a System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing first-level support to our team and clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about systems, automation, and eager to learn, and ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic, remote work environment. You will work closely with our senior IT staff to monitor and maintain our systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to various IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Work closely with diverse teams to understand business requirements and transform them into automated solutions using low code platforms.
- Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows and processes using user-friendly low code development tools.
- Customize and configure the Go High Level system to tailor it to our specific business needs.
- Tackle any challenges that arise and troubleshoot issues related to low code automation and the Go High Level platform.
- Conduct system audits and performance monitoring to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate low code automation tools and the Go High Level platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in low code development and automation technologies.

What This Job Entails: 

❖ Building systems, funnels, and automation, on GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Make.com, and zapping everything to Slack, Google Sheets, etc.

❖ Continually innovating new methods to improve back-end and front-end systems.

❖ Managing all platforms and ensuring new technical strategies.

❖ Collaborate with team members for feedback and implement the most important variables necessary. 

❖ Develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools to ensure system uptime and performance.

❖ Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to systems and automation.

❖ Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize systems and processes.

❖ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

❖ Provide training and ongoing support to team members about systems, updates, and new implementations. 

❖ Assist in the deployment, configuration, and updating of IT systems and software.

❖ Help manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and information.

❖ Participate in IT projects, contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases.

❖ Document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory, maintaining accurate records for IT assets and activities.

❖ Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and best practices in IT support and system administration.

❖ Learn and master the platforms we use on a regular basis such as: Clickup, Slack, GoHighLevel, MAKE, Jotforms, Webflow, etc.

REQUIREMENTS


- Proven experience as a Low Code Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in low code development platforms such as make.com, zapier, and gsuit.
- In-depth knowledge of the Go High Level system and its customization capabilities.
- Familiarity with workflow automation concepts and best practices.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:

❖ Full-time position: 40-45 hours a week depending on tasks 

Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST (1 hour daily lunch) - Saturday mid-days are sometimes required

❖ Salary from $1000 to $2000+ depending on experience
